A small group leadership network for women in real estate and construction.

All gatherings are limited to twenty participants — a purposeful size that encourages depth, trust, and shared growth with 2 coaches every month to get multiple perspectives. Programming will begin with our in-person Breakfast Series held monthly via zoom or across rotating locations. No newsletters, no noise — just real conversations with real leaders.
