We teach practical business skills that help people turn their expertise into opportunity.

Knowing how to do the work is important. Knowing how to develop business, sell an idea, communicate your value, and understand what drives a decision creates leverages from that expertise. These are skills often taught at an MBA program or years of trial and error. We offer access through workshops, conferences, practice and direct feedback.

Advancing women does not require exclusion. Women, men and non-binary professionals are welcomed and encouraged to participate at every level, as volunteers, attendees, members, coaches, speakers, sponsors, advisors, and leaders. We bring people across industries, sectors, generations, and genders together to learn from one another, practice the skills that move businesses and careers forward, and create opportunities that can have an impact today and for generations to come.
