We teach the practical business skills that aren't always taught in school: how to communicate your value, identify opportunities, build meaningful professional relationships, develop business, sell an idea, and make a compelling case for what you bring to the table.

Our mission is rooted in advancing women in leadership and ownership, but everyone is welcome. Women and men participate at every level, as attendees, speakers, coaches, sponsors, advisors, and leaders.

Through candid conversations, small-group workshops, and real-world practice, we make essential business skills more accessible, without the price tag of an MBA.

Technical expertise gets the work done. Business skills create the leverage to do more.

Virtual + In-Person

A casual, small-group space for people in real estate, construction, design, and the built environment to talk openly about work and where they want to go next.

Ask the questions you don’t normally get to ask. Share what you’re working on, the projects you hope to pursue, an upcoming presentation or interview, or a career challenge you’re navigating.

Each workshop is limited to only 20 participants and includes two experienced coaches. There’s no formal presentation and no pressure to perform. This is networking with a purpose, not just schmoozing. It’s a chance to understand what other people do, talk about what you do, ask for advice, practice how you communicate, and build relationships that can become meaningful over time.

Everyone is welcome. Come with a question, an idea, something you’re working toward, or simply a willingness to join the conversation.
